We had a reservation to pickup the truck on July 25 in Urbana IL. On July 23 you all called us and said that there would not be any trucks available in Urbana but we could pick one up in Schneider IN. Schneider IN was 100 MILES FURTHER EAST. This added about 4 hours to our trip. We were between a rock and a hard place as there were no other rentals available and we had no choice but to drive the extra 200 MILES to our trip. I doubt I will ever use your services again nor will I recommend you.
