We had our reservation time moved to later which did not work for us so we called here and he was so helpful and followed through on our reservation. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

While this place is not a modern commercial business, it is very convenient for anyone in the Solon area and the owner/manager (Rick) went out of his way to make sure he got the trailer we needed and that our pickup experience went exceptionally well. We were very satisfied with our experience!

Russell SRick and Karen provided exceptional customer service. I believe they went above and beyond the other U-haul dealers that I contacted. When I went to pick up the equipment Rick was inspecting the equipment and addressing some of the issues he had concerns with. He also went over the proper use of the equipment and even watched me do some test runs to make sure I knew how to everything properly…while I was on my trip Rick called to see how things were going and if I needed anything else. I would say Rick and Karen are great representatives of u haul
