Lock would not open, had to really yank it. Photos did not upload on the pickup process, very frustrating since they’re required. Parking lot was full of huge pot holes.

How U-Haul Reviews Workparking lot needs gravel or concrete
Karron AAttempted to use app to pick up U-Haul and it wouldn’t work. I was an hour late to pick it up due to family reasons. When I walked inside of the trailer, was not clean looking, lady working not professional at all. Didn’t give me a receipt, gave me the key and said “it’s almost on E , so just bring the mother fucker back like that when you get done.” Then laughed about it. Soon as I got into the truck the handle to roll the window down came off. Granted it popped back on, but it still didn’t stay on the whole time I had it. Turned on the truck and it said service stabilitrak. The rate to rent it was much higher than the one I rented on Tuesday and this time was a smaller truck I rented. Sad but I most likely will not return business here.

Christopher MYou can stop lying to customers about how your rates are one way and then try to overcharge them or charge them twice so that would be a good start, but that’s just the start of what you can do to fix your company
