The lady arranging transaction was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Almost left but I needed the trailer. I will NEVER use this location ever in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was parked on a very busy road outside the gate, which made taking the inspection photos rather dangerous! We would have much preferred to do this part inside the gated area. The office closes early (2pm on Sundays). It has a key drop, and the return process is all done online anyway, so that does not matter so much. We miss the days when the front desk person actually came outside to assist with the inspection.

Darryl BWe didn't have staff help us. (After hours).. Took 3 times to download the information. and app had incorrect info that we had to decline. Wrong info about milage and gas remaining in tank. I completed all the pre rental questions before leaving the lot but they still didn't carry over. Also having to drive to Yakima to pick up the rental was very inconvenient. We came from Tacoma, drove to Yakima to pick up and drop off Tacoma. We were told on Wed that we couldn't pick up in Ellensburg, because they didn't have our truck available. We feel strongly that we should have NOT been charged for the mileage for the extra travel. With the Billions that this company makes, you would think they could expand their fleet. We will not be using this company again.
