System was ridiculously slow when checking into the rental, I waited 25 minutes just to complete the rental process. Then they didn’t have a plug adapter so I couldn’t take the trailer. I had to go to another store to get a plug, come back to the store to pickup the trailer, which made what should have been a 10 minute process take over an hour.
