How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck broke down, had to be towed, was left in my front yard and now I’m being charged more than was estimated. I shouldn’t be paying anything. Ridiculously poor management
Travis FVery difficult location to get in and out of, particularly with a trailer. The trailer itself was VERY poorly maintained, the frame was bent and had multiple cracks and one of the worst attempts at a repair I have ever seen. Upon returning, the associate made me hook the trailer back up when disconnecting it in the return area and drive around to the back and wanted me to back it into a ridiculous location between a POV and a fence. I will not ever use this location again and would not ever recommend it to anyone.
THOMAS WService was excellent
Tanaka SI returned the rental truck before 6pm(which was due back at 11:30pm) and received an invoice stating truck was returned next day after 6am 😒 I don’t mind paying gas coverage But I will not pay for an extra day that I don’t use rental truck for!!!! Periodt 🤷🏽♀️🤨 Nopeeee
