KATHY GOn that day, the last customer delayed for returning the truck I needed. Therefore, the truck was not clean outside but inside truck was acceptable. The delay caused me trouble for loading my items on that evening. However, I would like to thank every staff I contacted for their help, especially , Himanish tried his best to help me, not only contacted other department but also answered my questions with patience even after I already left the pick-up location.
Li XTried to rip us off with an additional fraudulent charge. Marked our gas as 1/8 when it was clearly 3/8. We had pictures for proof and she eventually switched it. That’s a huge discrepancy and she was going to charge 70 for it.
