Francis P | First ImpressionsI like that there are climate controlled units and many on the bottowm floor. What was difficult was the stairs without an elevator. Also, there was no access for at least 3 weeks without staff due to the Max Security being out in August and September.
Jessica P | Overall ExperienceI rented a large unit in the new building and planned to stay for a few months. There were no carts when we moved in and my kids and I had to carry our stuff down to the end of two long corridors to my unit. After a couple weeks of being in the unit I received a call to tell me the building was shutting down and my stuff could be moved for free with a one month free. They didn’t have the same size unit so it will be in 2 smaller units. When I saw my new payments for the unit(s) it was $120/month more than I was paying for the one large. After questioning the manager about why it wasn’t going to be the original amount considering the circumstances, Bryan, the manager said that I could’ve taken my stuff and moved out. I won’t be back. Sorry.

WILLIAM M | First ImpressionsEverything in good except going to the desk to ask questions or make changes. NEVER enough help. Should be two people there all of the time. Many times you have to wait cause nobody is there at all. Only part of facility I do not like.
JONATHAN F | First ImpressionsI was out of therec3 days before my time was due i went into the office and notified them in person and they still trying to bill me for late fees....then I tried renting a motorcycle trailer. ..but they couldn't do it in Abington because the system was down.....had to go out of my way to hanover...there system was down too...but they still rented me a trailer...then I couldn't return my trailer to Abington....for some idiotic reason....had to go back to hanover...when I asked why the general manager who refused to identify himself.....hung up on me....very unprofessional
