HUGO E | Overall ExperienceThe unit I rented was partially obstructed by a large pipe and steel beam. I asked if I could switch to a different unit, but apparently no others in that size were available. I asked if I could receive a small discount since a good portion of the space was unusable, but no one ever followed up with me. Also, days after I rented the unit, a red lock was mistakenly placed on the door of my unit, restricting my ability to move additional belongings into my unit. The red lock was placed on the door of my unit for "non-payment", but this was never the case, as I had just moved my things in less than a week prior.
PHILLIP K | Overall ExperienceI went there the day before and told him what two sizes I might be interested in. Said I would be back the next. When I went back the next day I found out the size units I was interested in "they didn't have available". I'm ok with what I got but it would have been nice to know I had to make other choices.

The only issue I have is that the space I rented requires me to load and unload using stairs (which I was made aware of) and I think I need to consider moving to a ground level space if possible before I begin storing in the space.

brendan O | Overall ExperienceOn Saturday I went in to see about storing my boat and I felt fine with it but when it came time to do the paperwork and get my access remote for the door no one could figure how to make it work. The person told me to come back on Monday to talk to the manager so I drove by on Sunday and I said I will stop in and that person did not know how to get the remote to work so I get aggravated and I said cancel it.
