U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ahwatukee is hands down the cleanest and most affordable storage facility in all of Phoenix! The on-site manager and staff are incredibly friendly and consistently go above and beyond to help. Their customer service is truly top-tier. I highly recommend this location for storage—the units are spotless, and their truck rentals are always clean and well-maintained. We’ve rented several trucks here and love that they even offer box trucks by the hour for quick trips.

I picked this U-Haul for storage and moving supplies because the office is open and staffed at convenient times including evenings and weekends. Also, Tony and other staff are extremely helpful. I like that the facility has a spot to leave or take unwanted items and carts that are big and easy to roll down the aisles.

Ignacio F | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit is dark need light inside. The concrete floor needs to be painted. I rented different storage unit and the floor concrete looks nicer at different facility. The mouse trap is concerning. Did not realize there could be mouse. The sliding door is painted white not as advertised which is orange color, which look’s nicer. The free locked thats a bonus. The gate and building access code that sent to my email did not work. I am not sure what that access code for if it did not work. I asked the attendant but he did not know . Need to use the gate card to enter, only 1 card little bit inconvenient if there are more than 2 people that need to go into the storage unit. There is no ramp to go into the building to push the cart. The availability of the cart is a convenience.
