Tony is awesome! He was very patient with me and all of my questions. He walked me through the maze of storage units and provided me with a map so that I could easily find my storage unit when I needed to use it. He seemed like he was happy to have my patronage and that made me feel appreciated. That is something most places, now adays, have lost the importance of! Thank you Tony!

LIDIA A | Overall ExperienceI have had my storage unit for over 5 years. I have not been happy with the never ending price increases for the unit. My worst experience with this facility pertains to my recent move out experience. I became the victim of repeated domestic violence in the last several weeks. I have been scared and traumatized and I do not have a place to live. Friends have been putting me up in hotels. I find myself needing to cut my expenses drastically. As soon as I was able I contacted the storage facility about my need to move my belongings. I was not in a position to stay on top of all aspects of bill paying during this crisis. My account with UHaul was charged my usual fee. As soon as I saw the debit and had already scheduled a truck to move, I talked to the service clerk and asked for a prorated fee to be refunded to me. I am desperate in need of financial help. The clerk gave me Tony's number. I told him the situation. After 5 years of business with me, he was heartless and left a message saying UHaul does not prorate refunds. I am asking you desperately to reconsider this policy in my case. I need the money to survive my traumatic experience and relocate. I am asking you desperately, please.

Kerry J | Overall ExperienceI had a unit under me and a friends name, because my other unit had already been broken into at uhaul storage. And they did absolutely nothing about. I went in a paid and made sure everything was up to date and paid cash actually for months in advance. Because it was my kids stuff memories and etc inside this small unit. I had gotten a message or email from uhaul stating I was in the rears. When I called they took my name off again. When I tried to Go pay for the unit I was told NO! U need a signed letter notorized. Ok that’s impossible because my friend couldn’t be found she was away for a very long time No one has contact not her mom kids etc. I called. So now what did I do. I have called and called they were so rude to me. The man I paid the money to no longer works their or they sold it. I can’t remember exactly. I have a witness that even went with me. I’m beside myself
