I appreciate each and everyone of the employees there on Lincoln in Altadena. They all have been respectful towards me polite kind, and soo helpful. I have been doing business with them for a long, long time. I get the same respect and kindness from all of them. They are all keepers each and everyone of them. They are always busy working. They seem to get a lot of traffic at that location.

The movers unloaded my truck, fortunately. I was told there was not a downstairs unit available, but would not have taken the unit. Had I known it was upstairs.

I walked in notified Logan that the day I rented the truck and storage unit that my husband had a massive stroke and that I didn't remove the truck from the lot, and I wouldn't be needing the storage unit at that time. The facility is always clean and secure. And the staff is always courteous this is not my first time using this particular facility.

We were so glad to hear the facility didn’t burn down in the Eaton Canyon fires because we have come to appreciate all the hard work the staff does to keep the facility in tip top shape. The manager (Logan) has been a Godsend and has truly helped our family through difficult times with our fathers’ failing health. We had to obtain power of attorney and start taking care of his bills. And Logan worked with us so we can get the final move out. I will definitely recommend this location. Thank you for your kindness and understanding and top notch quality service.
