I was trying to check in on line and app was not responding I went in and tried to explain to her and explain that I was told I was going to receive a lock for the storege unit as I reserved the unit and also coming from out of state but the lady said No I had to buy one because I couldn't use my own this is so inconvenient as I was aware everything was going to be ready and all I need to do was let them know I was there. I won't recommend this location to anyone. I have always used u haul for local use where ever I'm at or for long distance and always recommended it to family and friends. After the fact, I compared prices online - my monthly rent seemed to be on the high side, but I can’t complain. I never worried about theft. It was always very clean. Costumer service was great. They have all sorts of dolly’s to use, and there is an area to take/donate unwanted goods. I recommend.
