The staff is extremely friendly and attentive! I had my things there while sorting out moving - they were very helpful to answer all my questions and provide everything I needed. Very well recommended for storage and renting U-hauls overall!

MICHAEL J | Overall ExperienceThe facility now has rats and roaches hence my reason for moving. I had been there for a framework years with none of those issues. They didn't even offer me a discount or free month. I was scared to go to my unit for fear a rodent might be in there. Also, they overcharged me staring the year fir $7.95 per month for insurance I already have without my knowledge. They never notified or asked me. I have my property at public storage where I have my same insurance but they notified me immediately that if I didn't show proud of my insurance that they would charge me fir it whereas your company did not. In the end this turned out to be a disappointing experience. I also need to be reimbursed for the extra insurance fees. They assured me a manager would call me and handle this, however, I have not received a call yet.
