Are the customer service being disrespectful and helpful when I call or come in? I lost my only son in 2018. I want to run third place public storage and they did not work with me at all. They took my things but you have it so great they work with you. They understand and I will be recommending them to several people, and I already have recommended to several people and they have used them even my kids. Thank you
