tina w | First ImpressionsI gave the rating of Superior due to the fact that although I found the service pretty much very very good I didn't feel that I could say excellent in the fact that oh it's a few things that I can contend with but when I came to check my unit before selecting it to see what do units look like I was alarmed at seeing the wooden doors and some that have been gashed in that I can't even imagine who would ever rent a storage with that type of a door but and then also the hours I selected that the hours were convenient based on a yes or no that has not been my experience other place I've gone that is not been the case but in retrospect I do see that perhaps having those hours during the same time that the store is open may lend itself to help prevent the possibility of theft so since I am just now acquiring this new unit I will adjust as needed and hopefully that will be good enough in light of what I will need for my particular unit in storage needs and will not be an inconvenience so on one side it can be a hindrance but on the other side if that can help curb the possibility of theft then you know you go with it All right that's it Thank you.
