This is the 2nd yr I’ve rented a storage space from this facility for my son’s belongings while on college break and I’ve never had any issues or concerns. Space was always available and staff is always friendly and courteous if and when I had any questions. Thank you for your great and kind service.

Ziwen Z | Overall ExperienceThe staff is exceptionally efficient from the MANAGER (ESSENCE) to the customer service agents (QUEEN, YO, EDDIE, MALICHI, DEE DEE) which made the experience very good!!! However the facility has gotten older over the years so the storage areas are not as presentable as opposed to the PUBLIC STORAGE facility that I shifted my belongings to!!! OVERALL, the great service and my familiarity with the facility keeps me coming back for truck rentals!!! But I probably won’t rent storage space here anymore!!!
Kenneth W | Overall ExperienceEveryone was helpful and friendly, but... This location is "downtown" so be watchful of your surroundings. Storage could have better access hours outside of the office hours. Something that took me 2 ½ days of loading could have been done in one day. Some equipment not available much, even after paid for via online contract. Employees were able to fix that issue. Some of the truck sizes were not available to rent. Had to pick the trick from an Uhaul authorized location. *deep sighs* Elevator took forever to operate and use with multiple people going in and out. The rates I started with was not the rates I paid for in the end. I was only ok with things because the employees I had encountered, understood and went above and beyond to assist with any issues. Ms. Su, Ms. Tee, Ms. Cynthia (Cynt) are awesome. A few guys, awesome, but couldn't get their names but they were helpful at the counter and checking the trucks and always on the way/run to help another customer.

Powerful L | Overall ExperienceThe storage was ok it was really the distance for me Google said 4 miles but w/ Traffic it was like 45 mins & it was hard to get the elevator to go up … I think more clear instructions should be by the area you swipe your card … My 1 visit I could not get it to move after about 20 mins & several swipes I had to find someone to help me
