The young man that helped needed some training in customer service. He was helpful. But, he got frustrated when the first unit wasn’t what we wanted and had to go back down to get a new code so we could see another one. It all finally worked in the end. He was kind enough to help carry supplies to our car. Also. Back elevator wasn’t working which is the one we will use to bring storage stuff up.
KAREN E | First ImpressionsI had to continually ask that my card be put on auto pay, in which it never was. I’d asked that they update my account so that I could access it through the app, that didn’t happen until December 2025, I moved out on 12/31/2025, no one processed it until 1/11/2025, when I notified them on 12/9/2025 that I’d be vacating at the end of the month. The flat beds are limited at this location, they worn down and some are even falling apart. I received no warning or email that the rate would be going up as of December 2025.
