I had a unit here, sometimes 4 at a time, since 2019 when I moved here. I’ve seen management change hands. I never had a complaint. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Incredibly clean facility, and friendly cleaning and maintenance staff. I kept the unit for 3 months at almost $200 a month for sentimental reasons, not even kidding. If I ever need a storage unit again, it will be here. Thank you so much for keeping my possessions safe, and doing more than you had to.

Pat G | First ImpressionsThe online instructions for building C (where my unit is) wasn't very clear. I guess you need to unlock using keypads on each side of the door, which wasn't including in any of the email communication. Also there wasn't a lock already in our unit when we came in and the door was out of alignment, requiring a lot of muscle to get the lock holes to line up. With that being said, the staff were super helpful to get us set up and answer our questions. And the facility generally seems nice and is super convenient. I've rented a lot of trucks from that location and they're always really smooth.
