I was able to get a unit, however the truck I rented was not available and I was not able to move anything into the unit. Update your computer system and make sure it doesn’t allow people to reserve a truck that will not be available at the time they reserved it.

I only reason I did not rate “excellent” & rated as above average is because of all the dirt/dust that accumulated on my stored items in one year. I did not realize the unit was not sealed well enough to keep it outside. Next time I rent for long term storage, I will not use drive-up storage because of the dirt/dust factor.
