Justin was an AMAZING help to us while securing a storage unit after moving my sister’s belongings to St. Louis from North Carolina!!! He helped us through many bumps during the process, including renting us a 2nd unit on the spot when we found one large unit was not enough space for all her belongs. Everything that Justin did was done with a smile and courteous attitude! He is an EXCELLENT person to be working with customers in a time of need! I will always recommend him and the U-Haul storage on Big Bend to anyone in need.

Once we stored everything, I never had to worry about the items. The facility was always clean and with climate control their never was an issue with mold or bugs. The staff was super!I It was easy to ask questions and received clear explanations. I would use UHaul again without hesitation! Thank you for treating my things as though they were your own!!!
