I had a unit here for years and it was obvious that old and returning customers were at a disadvantage. The constant rate increases were appalling and as soon as April took over I started looking for somewhere new. She was unfriendly on her best days and downright rude and disrespectful most times I had to deal with her. The location was convenient but it wasn't worth dealing with the place and certainly not worth the money.
