I was quoted one price which was also on the display board behind the counter but I was charged a higher rate for my storage unit. The desk associates could not override that $amount and when we spoke to the manager, he said he would not honor the in person quote nor the posted amount on the display board. BAD costume service!

YAMA P | First ImpressionsWe purchased locks from u-haul for the storage unit that suddenly got jammed one day and stopped working. We did not get any help from the u-haul staff and had to arrange a locksmith to break the lock and get new ones.
Nikhil V | Overall ExperienceThe cleanest and nicest storage facility I have been to. Staff is friendly. Parking can get tricky and if you don’t pay attention, you could get blocked in at the loading ramp due to truck drop offs. Just be aware.
