HEATHER G | Overall ExperienceTheir 10x15x12 unit for $299 is one of the best deals in the SF nay area by volume, Plus U-Haul has the only sheltered loading dock which makes a big difference in the rainy season. so glad this facility was recommended to me by something someone moving out of my previously favorite storage place in Belmont - A1 Storage. And their 10x15 was actually 11x15 👍😏
RICHARD B | First ImpressionsMy only frustration was the auto time out of the lighting that would require me to interrupt my activities to navigate myself (in the dark) to within proximity of the nearest motion detector to reactivate the lights in my section.
Susan I | Overall ExperienceFirst time ever renting a storage locker, but I expected better customer service and help. In the end everything worked out. But I’ll check user reviews next time and literally scope out a locker and its location and the vibe of the staff before I ever do this again. This location is suffering with its small parking lot and navigable space for equipment and loading dock space, especially if you’re coming with a trailer.
