Tamara P | Overall ExperienceNever got to utilize the storage unit because when I arrived to the facility to unpack the gate box would not allow me inside, even though I had a gate access code. At that time I realized The box didn’t work and I needed a key fob to enter. The app mention nothing of a key fob, so I didn’t understand why the access code wasn’t working. For future reference when people purchase a storage unit through the app, make it clear that they will need a key fob for after hour access!
