jennifer e | First ImpressionsI wasn't aware that the 10ft truck ,I rented didn't have a ramp to help with easier moving, I drove back to uhaul and asked what I can do as I wasn't able to get my equipment off the truck with just two people. The associate offers a dolly. Take it or leave it. And that was it. The associate failed to tell me in the beginning that the truck come with no ramp. The 10ft trucks don't have ramps. I thought I told you that, is what the associate stated.

Staff were very helpful, respectful, and kind. Again, I am in shock at how much the price had jumped since I first began storing my things here. Such a great facility and people, and I just hate to take my business elsewhere.
