Virginia b | First ImpressionsPurchased a storage unit. When I went to the unit it was already rented to another person. It took an hour to get sorted out. Then I was charged extra money for Your mistake. Also I rented a truck which was supposed to be at half tank of gas but that was also below halfway. Additionally the lock didn't work. A terrible experience and staff was not welcoming and had I had the time I would have gone to a different location. In the future I will do my best to avoid uhaul.
