Kimberly S | Overall ExperienceDan Fenohr does the work of 3 or more people. I have maintained two temp controlled units at the Cressly road location for several years. I have used the U-Box delivery system when I had relocated from Fl. and recently rented a U-Box that I loaded at Cressley and carted away myself four different times within the one month rental period of the U-Box. This required coordination with Dan and other members of his team enabling me to load the box over a two or three day period during each of the four different loading sessions within the one month rental. Lots going on at the Cressley rd sight and Dan manages it all with finesse always juggling 4 or more things at once and always has customers interest in mind.

Robert B | First ImpressionsMy experience with U-Haul storage was good;; however the move with Painless Movers was problematic due to being over charged. The two young men who did the actual move were great and the move was done in two hours; but, I was charged for four hours and neither Painless Movers or U-Haul would correct this bad mistake. It is not good to be scammed.

We have worked with him several times over the last six years, and he has always helpful and proactive about solving our problems. Even when the place is filled with folks frazzled from trying to deal with moving trucks, boxes, etc. he keeps his cool and sorts things out.
