Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Others were rude to each other and seemed overwhelmed with the store being crowded. They also spoke rudely to the customers and were inpatient and seemed inconvenienced when they were asked to assist me. Some also didn’t seem to be well knowledgeable about the storage units and how they worked.

The drop off place for trucks is right in front of the doors to access the storage unit doors blocking access at times. Kimberly S | Overall ExperienceDan Fenohr does the work of 3 or more people. I have maintained two temp controlled units at the Cressly road location for several years. I have used the U-Box delivery system when I had relocated from Fl. and recently rented a U-Box that I loaded at Cressley and carted away myself four different times within the one month rental period of the U-Box. This required coordination with Dan and other members of his team enabling me to load the box over a two or three day period during each of the four different loading sessions within the one month rental. Lots going on at the Cressley rd sight and Dan manages it all with finesse always juggling 4 or more things at once and always has customers interest in mind.
