The above categories are leading. I'd like to say that all were par or above par. My only issue was after clearing my unit out and cleaning it out a day before my contract fee was due I received an email a day after my due date (already closed unit) that I was a day late an there would be a $15.00 late fee added to my bill for my unit. As mentioned here the unit was closed out. After 2 phone calls to get someone on the phone from the facility this was taken care of I must say. However it should not have happened in the 1st place and me taking an hour of my day to correct it was unnecessary. All I ask is that for the renters to the facility that close out and move out according to the contract that this doesn't happen to them. The employees however at this Genesee st location deserve kudos for the prompt attention to fix the error. Thank you Uhaul for your service provided

Ms. White was very informative, pleasant, professional, helpful, and she has excellent communication and problem solving skills. Her expertise made the return of my truck, and the rental of my new storage unit smooth and seamless. She also helped to diffuse some stress and frustrations I had after dealing with a Uhaul customer service representative on the phone. Please give Ms. White the pay she deserves which exceeds a "living wage", because from my experience and observation, she is one of your best assets! Large companies like yourselves tend to overlook, and even mistreat those who work on the frontlines- the ones customers encounter daily. In the landscape of corporate greed, ego, and racism, these folks tend to be overlooked, underpaid, and often unacknowledged for their contribution to the wealth and success of your company. Please take the time to show them that you value what they do, because think about it: they could take their excellence elsewhere, but they choose to work for you. Make it worthwhile! Take good care.

ernest c | First ImpressionsI was told that I can only buy a uhaul padlock for $13.00. When I already had a gold lock and or uhaul has a variety of cheaper locks. But when I locked up my storage there wasn't strictly $13 padlocks on everybody storage doors. There was a variety of locks. So I can use any 🔐 lock. Don't say it's mandatory and it isn't, it's just an upsell, that's all, you prefer us to purchase the $13 lock, instead of using what I already have or buying a cheaper lock.
