After a little over a year of renting I found mice in my storage unit and requested immediate help. The manager Ali was very rude and did not help me at all. I was given the run around for weeks while my belongings were being used as a resting spot for the mice droppings. My belongings were damaged ,and I was moved to a different facility but my experience at 665 Perry street was terrible . The regular workers where ok but the manager of the site was again very rude and seemed not to know how to handle his position and keeping a dissressed customer satisfied. I strongly suggest a write up or or demotion from the manger position. I was treated with more care and respect from the regular workers and they had nothing to offer me .

The code was only needed to enter after certain hours. Even the gate to enter the loading dock area was unlocked. It was however very clean, well lit, convenient and I’m sure monitored via video but did not like that anyone could storage unit area with no access needed during day.
