The only problem that I have was your pricing other than that, it was an excellent experience
Rudolphus B | Overall ExperienceMy Cousin Lives near Uhaul on Elk Street she told me you Guys had a Sale on Storage Units & I called & Rep said 2 bedroom Apartment & it was very Small fot $89.95. My Cousin heard you had big Units for $80.00 but She was so Wrong. The Unit has a Table taken apart a fridge & some boxes stacked & $89.95 a month. The Unit is to small for Price. Im on SSD I am Medically disabled my Mom Passed so we Kept Some Things from are Foreclosed House. It just is too much Money for the Size of the Storage Space. Uhaul is a great place & your Reps are the nicest People I talked too. Price Im upset with the Unit to me is Worth maybe $60.00 a month. If Uhaul can help Disabled Customers keep there Treasures & Memories for a Smaller Fee that would be great. Why not have a smaller Fee for your Customers that need it & all you have to do is ask for EBT / Medicaid Card I have Food Stamps & Medicare & Medicaid thats Proof they make very Low income to Live & make your Units a little more Affordable. People would come & I would help Spread the Word.Thankyou for Listening ...
lori C | First ImpressionsThe only thing that I don’t like about this storage facility is that you can’t access your stuff 24 hours a day. I think that people should be able to access their property anytime they feel necessary. Other than that, the building seems secure and has security cameras. I’m looking forward to see what my overall experience is going to be while I store my stuff there..
Andrea S | First ImpressionsMy only complaint was the fact that I found rat feces in my locker. Original, I moved in around March of 2025 and barely went to check on it. Once I was ready to move out after a year, this is when I realized. The crazy part is the rent was increased after a few months due to pest control. Other than that everything else was a great experience.
