BAI S | Overall ExperienceThe staff and owner are extremely helpful and accommodating. Both Brandon and Everett did their best to maintain the facility. They both went above and beyond to address my concerns regarding critters in my unit. Unfortunately, the other storage tenants store food and other things that attract rodents. The reason for the rating is due largely to me having to deal with multiple interactions with vermin in my unit. Customer service was excellent; but the facility not so much.

Peggy b | Overall ExperienceI rented a uhaul from snother location (landover) on Saturday 8-31-25. I received a free storage so I went to central Ave location, I was given 2 small units for the price, I also rented another van to pack more items Once I got everything packed in the van, I came back to the storage and it had a green tag & a small lock with a note stating it belong to someone, I couldn't find what other unit I was assigned to me... The associate for uhaul had already left for the day, I had to take my things back home. I called uhaul the following morning and an associate was accommodating, but the overall experience was alot because I'm handicap, & my mobility is challenged, it takes a lot for me to move around, I was very upset that I had to wait until the next day to unload my items.
Vanessa B | First ImpressionsThe online access and process was very clear and precise no problems but the customer service desk at the U-Haul facility is not maintained well. The communication is not good and the employees seem to not know what they’re doing. It took me from 12:30 to 3:30 just to get for them to find my Confirmation and process my payment that was ridiculous so I waste three hours of daylight for my move which is very inconvenient for me.

Dorothy W | Online Move InThe reason that I would not recommend the storage unit to anyone is that it has a rodent problem and I had rodent drippings all over my furniture holesi in my bags and dead rodents in my storage. That’s my only problem is with the rodents. Everything else was fine so I would not recommend a person to that Central Avenue storage Staff was nice clean, but it has a rodent problem and that’s ridiculous.

Transferred a portion of the belongings in another space and deposed of the other items at the city dump on Saturday. The staff were exceptional with supporting my family and I with handling the transfer and making sure a Uhaul was available. Kudos!
