I had to throw away some stored items because of mice excrement. Other items I had to spend time cleaning it off. I would not risk my stuff at a U-Haul storage center again.

Had to remind her that she didn’t give me my storage information. In which she needed assistance to assign one to me. Gave me a code and the code didnt work. She was asked why and she stated because the doors were already open that’s why. I got to return the truck and load my storage at 8 wit my daughter. We could not gain access. The code did not work. The general manager number posted on the entry box did not not work and text support took forever to respond. So i have to call and get this fixed and now find a way to unload the truck and get my things into my storage unit.

BAI S | Overall ExperienceThe staff and owner are extremely helpful and accommodating. Both Brandon and Everett did their best to maintain the facility. They both went above and beyond to address my concerns regarding critters in my unit. Unfortunately, the other storage tenants store food and other things that attract rodents. The reason for the rating is due largely to me having to deal with multiple interactions with vermin in my unit. Customer service was excellent; but the facility not so much.
