MARY P | Overall ExperienceI found your staff very polite and professional. I went to my storage unit and opened it and saw the pipe running inside, and did not like it. The staff was very professional and showed me another unit, which I liked. This all occurred within 20-30 minutes from the beginning to the end. You have a Great Staff and a clean environment!

I witnessed the same average treatment of her with another customer as well). She appeared the job was a bit beneath her or she would rather be doing something else.
DERICK L | First ImpressionsFacility it’s was generally clean BUT there were definitely mice in the units. Thankfully I only had containers a sealed boxes in mine and I’m not 100 percent sure that can be done but that’s a huge turn off. Outside of that, I’ve had all good encounters with the staff members, no complaints!
