My unit (over many months) had significant rodent activity. I personally came to the facility in Feb 2026 (after calling prior and speaking to then management about my concerns). I had to come on a certain day with a very short window of time (like between 4:30 pm.-6:00 pm.) JUST to get the cleaning person to sweep out (what they could get to) in m unit and switch out the box with bait. It was horrible then and worse when I moved out. I have never had food or food items in the years I've been with Uhaul in unit On Wed 7/22 as I was moving things out, I ran into the manager speaking with someone from Orkin. I took them to my unit and showed the the unit to them (and I was still moving things out so it was worse as I moved things out). Earlier that morning, I had to get the front desk to call housekeeping for them to bring a dust pan (I had my own broom) to sweep out what they could get to JUST so I wouldn't continue to step in it while I was moving out
JOAN S | Overall ExperienceMy biggest complaint is the mouse or rat poop on and around all my boxes & couch. The unit was filled with droppings in the unit next to the mouse traps. I'm not sure if the traps are helpful.

There was a pipe inthere that had some kind of dried brown messy rusted looking liquid on it and the cinder block structure beside it was crumbling. Both were in the middle of the unit, I saw it immediately when she lifted up the door. I didn't feel safe. I felt like it could fall at anytime.

sandra s | First ImpressionsThe process was very difficult using the scan QR code process and I’m very tech savvy however it was still difficult. After several attempts I was listed as having 2 storage units when I only needed one, it was nearing closing hours and the staff was in a hurry to close out and as a result I was unable to access and lock my storage unit there was no lock left in the unit this resulted in me having to rent the U-Haul an additional day and incur addition charges into the next day because I was unable to unload with the time frame I had i initially reserved it for. I also had to request a credit for the cleaning fee for a U-Haul that was dirty when I got it. Once I finish with this unit I do t think I will ever do business here again. However Jamillla and the other staff members were helpful during the tedious process.

TERESA H | Online Move InIt is mouse-infested. I had to wipe everything off, clean, and disinfect with gloves. Mice ate through some of my bags, I had to throw a lot of stuff away, and poop was everywhere. I will NEVER store anything here again.
