Poor place to storage at they’re not helpful and they don’t care about your things. I would never ever use this storage place again. It sucks and the staff is ignorant don’t care evil and very unpleasant with a nasty attitude.

As far as Haley, make her the new manager and was SUPER helpful and respectful and very professional unlike Susan. I hope you fired and make them find their own place and not live in that U-Haul because they are managers. I doubt i will hear back from this or will change anything since 2022.

laura m | Overall ExperienceUpon my last visit to the facility I was harassed by Carrollton police and arrested for being at the location for hours which seemed odd to them. Officer parked in the dark and stalked me for over an hour to eventually pull me over and inspect every object I had removed from my storage. To deciding to arrest me because of suspicious activity. I can't recommend the facility due to this reason ultimately cost me over 1000 to get my car back and get out of jail I'm now living in Missouri and having to return to Texas monthly to attend court dates to fight for my freedom until they decide they have harassed me enough I suppose. There should be a clause to watch the hours that renters access there belongings.
TINA M | Overall ExperienceEverything was still there, however I was taken back on the amount of rodents (mice) I encountered among my personal property. What can say its been nearly 2 years and let's not mention the Hwy 35 construction. My move off date was 3-31-24 and I turned the keys in on 4-4-24 to the night drop box. I thank you so much Mrs. Susanne Espinosa Mayeux. You was truly a blessing to me.
