There was mold and mildew in the unit doue to recent flooding of the rooftop. The area where the units are located smells like mold. I had to load my car and take some of my belongings to the dumpster.

AISHA H | First ImpressionsTemperatures in climate controlled second floor area were frequently in the 90s/close to 100 during the summer. Access after hours was always a disaster. Some times my card wouldn't work, others my card was randomly deactivated. Price was too high for a 5x10x10 unit that wasn't actually climate controlled and the unit itself was frequently 110-120 degrees Fahrenheit. A candle within the unit started weeping. I'm disappointed that I paid for this for as long as I did. Moving to a new storage facility that will actually keep my paintings and belongings adequately thermoregulated.

The price lock should be more than a year because there is too much cooperate greed. Uhaul prices have increased over the years. Please give unhoused and unemployed people a better rate.
