Even though that was true, they called and offered me a free month of storage because I was struggling financially and they knew I could really use it. During my move from Wilson to Gastonia, U-Haul has really come through for me and the location in Chapel Hill made it a lot easier.

LEE C | Overall ExperienceThe staff were friendly and helpful but we didn’t go into the unit until after hours. There was a dead mouse in the unit and it wasn’t as clean as we had expected for an inside climate control unit. I did call the office and they said they would check the mice situation in that building
