When I first came in to pick up my van for moving, they weren’t sure if i had a reservation for my storage space. But then when I came back later with my stuff to move in, they saw I did have a storage space. The ladder used to go up to the storage room is very wobbly and dangerous. Some guy was just hanging out in his storage and it was hard to move around him.

After verifying my ID he helped me recall my locker numbers and ensured I knew where they were before going on my way. He also wrote them down which was helpful when I ended up forgetting again. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and a good communicator. Only complaint about the facilities was the wood floors. I love that you maintained the history there, but has to be the worst choice to roll carts on 🤣
