We were very happy with our experience storing some dorm room items while my son was away from campus. The main thing to know about is that the storage units aren't climatized. Other than that, everything was fine and the units are clean and well maintained.

After booking my reservation online a week in advance, the old lady at the front desk told us there were no units left as if it was our fault. She rerouted us to some other uhaul and gave absolutely no care to the fact that the incompetence of her facility had created such an issue for us. The place itself was beat down but nothing near as bad as that witch.
