RONALD W | Overall ExperienceThey auctioned basically my home to some random people without even telling me anything..they claimed they sent me an email telling me that they were going to sell my unit along with all my stuff but that was a lie I do not have any emails saying that..just reminders that I had to pay!!im really upset about that and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to get a unit in this place because they don’t care about their customers!!if I had the option to put 0 stars I would’ve..sadly I have to rate them 1 star!! 👎🏼

I understand the storage/office facility close at a time period. But I drop miles to get there and it wasn't right to be denied my property.
