It said I was supposed to get a month free but I didn’t get to
AAUTUMN B | First ImpressionsI only had the unit for 3 1/2 months and when I moved out I had to throw away a lot of my stuff. A lot of my items had mold on them. And I had to get rid of a bags of clothes blankets and a few kid rugs due to dead mice inside of my stuff. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this U-Haul. And to make things worse for the last month or so I had to go only when the store was open, because they never fixed the outside login issue. I asked every time I went if it was fix or when they were getting it fixed. Every time they said they didn’t know. As of 1/28/2025 it’s still not working !! Not everyone can only go between the hours of 7am and 7pm I like that I could acess from 5am-10pm.
