I just tried To unload my things in my unit and someone has put a lock saying that I owe money when I Infact do not. My next payment is not u till 11/16 and I confirmed that with your employee who stated your system was not correct. You have not only slandered my name by putting this obnoxious tag that says I’m behind payment but you inconvenienced me beyond words. I want the lock off my unitn

Robert L | Overall ExperienceMold growing on exterior and interior of storage unit. Water and ice in the unit. I would say this was due to the not so bright idea of removing the gutter system. Mouse feces showed up this spring. I was careful to never store food in the unit. This made for a moldy/mouse feces experience- left ASAP. To finish, the leaf blower you use to drive the leaves, needles, and cottonwood balls into my bin made it in about 4-5 feet. I hope you reached your objective....that is pissing me off-. To conclude, I wonder if you traded in the leaf blower for a broom and shovel would lower your BMI and increase your customer satisfaction?
