Everything was great up to the point of being charged and extra months, they did say the charges were reversed but until I see it ,can't believe it

hugo b | Overall ExperienceI never received a call on 7/31 with the unit number and gate code. I called Saturday morning to receive it but they are closed on weekends. Had to call U-Haul in an emergency and secure another rental space at a different location. Not a great experience.

I didn’t have a climate controlled unit so no rising costs to maintain mine. Be prepared for a rent hike every couple of months.
