varalda b | First ImpressionsI must say I have history with storage mini storage back in The beginning I was in loved with a new Jersey company that had the insight to get our hands on vacant Warehouse we would chop them up with sheetrock put chicken wire above and rent them out from $8 a month for 4x4x4 Locker that was back in 1980 I managed at completion and help to build Hudson Mini Storage, Bergen Mini Storage and many many more

Glenn M | First ImpressionsI had to pay movers twice - Sunday July 7th had received a rental truck and coordinated movers only to find the elevator out of service. Called at least a half dozen times the following day and was never even told the elevator was operational. Eventually I drove there and discovered it - rescheduled my am truck to the evening and eventually was able to move out. It literally cost me $145 extra dollars as a result

Kashaundra P | Overall ExperienceI wouldn't recommend. I already have a unit on the 2nd floor & rented a truck to purposely move additional items to the 2nd floor unit. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon I could not move my belongings because the elevator was out Saturday and Sunday. Since there is only 1 elevator for the entire storage building I had to rent a 2nd unit on the 1st floor in order to move my belongings from the uhaul truck.
Patricia S | Online Move InI will never rent at this location the manager Phylis Mc Clarin is a fast talker and her customer service skills sucks. Plus it’s a lot of hazards at this location. And I was charged for something that I was not even entitled to and when it was time to refund me my money back she didn’t even know the proper procedure of a refund and never contacted me for my refund poor service
