Juan G | Overall ExperienceScam! This facilities top goal was from day 1 to sell off your items. I've never met such an aggressive collector in my life. Their collector, Joey, was unreal aggressive, name calling. Yelling at the customer. Once your belongings are in their facility, they own it. They will liquidate your belongings as fast as they can. Horrific experience.

I spoke to Shane, the Property General Manager, at the time I was scheduling my move out. She was very accommodating and worked with me in a professional manner to resolve my issues and ensure that my move out was completed successfully. During my rental time at Uhaul, I dealt with Kenneth, Rebecca, Kenny, Joey and the younger girl (don’t remember her name); and their customer service and professionalism was always exceptional and they always displayed a friendly demeanor. Maureen not so much! Thank you all! You are the best! Continue being nice, kind and caring about people while utilizing your professionalism because you never know how much trials and tribulations a person is bearing. May God continue to bless you and your families and the continued success of your work at Uhaul Coconut Creek.
Jade S | Overall ExperienceOverall good experience. No issues. My storage items were secure always. I would say two things to comment on. The air temperature was always warmer than I would think for an A/C controlled facility. And second: was the elevator. My unit was on the 2 nd floor and two times when I came, the only elevator was out of order and it was very inconvenient because I had planned on putting stuff in the unit so I had to come back. I live 30 min from the facility.
