Unit had damaged door locking assembly, the celling insalation was damaged and mostly gone and the unit leaked inside when it rained
keith r | Overall ExperienceThere could be better lighting. I’ve noticed homeless people hanging out. My unit was being attacked by wood bees that left all my belongings covered in wood debris. The office never seems to open and access to it is hard to locate. No one answers the phone.

Elvis C | Overall ExperienceThe hours of when the office was open wasn't clear on either the front door or on Google. Google said they were open 24/7, but I was told my access hours were different when on the phone. My unit was very difficult to open and while I'm lucky to be a strong male, I imagine some would not be physically able to open it. One of the length or widths was 6 inches shy of 5 feet. The container had bugs in it. I spoke with someone on the national phone line to ask questions because I couldn't get a hold of folks from my facility and the person on the phone sent them a message to get in touch with me, which never happened. I did get in touch via phone before I left. They said they'd close outny unit when I was done at the end of the day. A few days later, my reservation was still active and needed to close it out via the app. I would recoend folks try their luck with a different facility, though overall I like U-haul.
