TRAVIS F | Overall ExperienceEvery time I went to my unit, I would have to drive and dodge trash from other customers unit. I didn’t get a chance to interact with the staff because office doors were always locked. Doing the online check in was great and the lock was in the unit. The other thing I feel this facility needs to do is fix to where we can get in and out without waiting for the car coming in and out. Place the exit key pad on the driver side since it’s hard to get a gate opener.
Antonio R | Overall ExperienceI would love to have a remote to enter and exit but can’t get one cause the office has been closed since I put my stuff in there. Getting in and out the car to exit because the key pad is on the passenger side is crazy. The door on my unit would not roll down and caused me to return the truck back late but talking to the agent on the phone waived the late fee for it. I spent 30 mins trying to get it to roll down.
