DORIS E | First ImpressionsIt took great effort on my part to gain access through repeat phone calls to the after hrs line and the uhaul main line. The unit reserved for me was locked and the alarm key was disabled. Me and the paid moving company were left standing outside in the heat while I made calls to get access. I was stressing over paying truck overtime and the movers overtime, but they worked quickly to unload my items, with 10 mins to spare
