ANDREW W | Overall ExperienceMy key broke inside the uhaul lock and the Uhaul employees laughed and said that it was my fault I hand to call and pay a locksmith with no help or intention to help from employees or management. For the first time Uhaul was not a positive experience. Any other location I have received a good and friendly service not the Columbia location..I am sorry but next time I will use other option.

COVEL W | Overall ExperienceAll my personal possessions/ Music equipment all had water damage and U-Haul failed to inform me about the situation that happened with my belongings. I don’t know when all this happened but all my possessions are damaged and my clothes were molded to the point that I had to throw them in the trash. I was left with a massive lost and it caused me to be in a deep depression
