Joseph L | First ImpressionsThe staff were great, but not empowered to handle the issues and management was absent. I went for 3 days with no ability to access my unit because my swipe card wasn't working. The counter staff couldn't solve the problem. The call buttons don't work on the access boxes. I drove for 2 hours to access my unit but couldn't get in. I had to return over two days, but was never able to officially get access. I had to wait until someone came out, then go in before the door closed and prop the door open until I get empty my unit and move my things to another storage facility. It's essential that I be able to access my unit and that was not the case here. Even when I called the 800 number, I got bad information and no help. No promised return phone calls etc. I was given a support number to call, and was told to press 0 when the call was answered. That didn't work either. Again, I just had to hang out until someone exited the building, then go in and get my stuff while the alarms were going off. Nobody ever responded to the sounding alarms while I loaded up my truck and left with my stuff. Unacceptable.
