kisha p | Overall ExperienceVery inconvenient set-up. Found out after being dropped off that I had to go to another location, there is no gate access! The latch is bent and difficult to operate, I ended up spending mire money and time just to get into the contract! Then having to come up with 3 different contacts who would not mind having their private details given out! the unit is empty because I did not want to come back there by myself and not be able to open the latch! I am a long-standing Customer with a good payment history with this company but that entire process was a ridiculous nightmare!

They were very courteous, kind, friendly , and knowledgeable of their position as customer service. I love all of the employees there especially, Misty the manager . They all had great customer service and this is the best Uhaul company I have ever rented from . The customer service were outstanding!!!
