Rhoda I | First ImpressionsWhen arriving to pick up U-Haul. U-Haul was not cleared of snow. I didn’t have a snow cleaner, so I had to use my hands. Very cold and time consuming for sure. Then once I got to my unit loading dock I was denied access through the card and the pin that was provided, after getting a new card I was then later denied access to my storage unit again. When finally getting into the unit the unit was locked and was not ready for move in. I then ask if someone can stop by and help me and was told that I have to go to the front desk after going there 3 times already. The experience overall was terrible communication and customer service.
