Staff was not really helpful and/or friendly. Prices not fair or reasonable. Needs improvement on customer service and the location needs to be better. Prices need to be more fair or reasonable. Not a great experience
KEITH R | Overall ExperienceI did have one issue and it was with the rental truck and paying I pass. Could not get an answer on how that is done, do not find it fair that I would have to pay extra then if I was in my own vehicle. Called and received the run around as the staff also did not know the answer to that question. Will be writing corporate this week to see what they have to say.

Rachelle J | First ImpressionsWith the storage rental, I think someone should have told us that with the free month of storage we needed to bring our homeowners policy or we would have to purchase insurance, we didn't know about that until we got there, so another added expense. Also we didn't know that we needed a special lock, we couldn't use the one that we purchased when renting the truck, more $.
