They waited over a year to close out my storage after I told them they could go ahead and auction everything off in it, but they waited a whole year, which didn’t make sense to me considering that I was 20 hours away

Claudia H | First ImpressionsI paid extra to have 24 hr access to here. Which was ok. I had spot V168 in the car/rv area. My spot was always blocked with car dollys. I/ driver couldn't park or get my work truck because of this. They are not communicating to not block this area. And, I was tired of going back and forth about it.

JUSTIN H | Overall ExperienceI got this storage from a promotion with a 15 foot box truck. When I arrived I changed my move in date for may 28th but the movers could not move me in until May 30th. I kept my original move in date which was May 30th. My reservation was dropped as a no show that is not true. Someone else got my reserved storage unit. I had to speak to the manager regarding this glitch. Painfull situation for me. I did this move from Maryland alone. The manager worked with me and gave me a 10x15 on the 2nd floor for the same rental price of 149 a month for the first 2 months. I have the first month free with my 15 foot box truck.
ELIZE S | First ImpressionsThe facility is well-maintained and the team is approachable. However, I've noticed a consistent rise in storage fees during my stay. I'm open to increased costs when justified, yet it was disappointing that the elevator frequently seemed to be out of order when I needed it. This situation proved to be quite annoying and inconvenient, especially since there is only one elevator. This is my primary concern regarding this location.
