Staff not well trained causing long wait times since often there was only 1 out of 3 who knew what to do “New” software difficult to use Restrooms not clean and often out of order Complaints of elevator out of order ignored Alarm system went off so often staff ignored Unrented trucks often parked in spaces blocking entry to doors Complaints met with shoulder shrugs
