All of the reasons I gave this place five stars was because of the guy behind the counter. I don’t remember his name, but he was the only one working. The place was filled with people and he remained cool and calm through all of it. By the time I got to the counter, he was still smiling and handling everything like a pro. I wish I could remember his name, but that dude deserves a raise.
JOHN P | First ImpressionsI reserved a 10x10 on the 2nd floor and I checked in on the day I was required to. My storage room was given to someone else and I had a uhaul truck and uhaul travel trailer parked on the property for a full 24 hours and went to ask the front desk person should I check in or wait to check in. I was advised to wait. Since they gave my reserved 10x10 storage away they offered a 10x15 at the same rate for only two months after that it would be 189 a month. I really had no other choice. It was the only storage unit left on that floor. The day I moved out. I was stuck in the elevator. The front desk person had to help me get out.
