JUSTIN H | Overall ExperienceI got this storage from a promotion with a 15 foot box truck. When I arrived I changed my move in date for may 28th but the movers could not move me in until May 30th. I kept my original move in date which was May 30th. My reservation was dropped as a no show that is not true. Someone else got my reserved storage unit. I had to speak to the manager regarding this glitch. Painfull situation for me. I did this move from Maryland alone. The manager worked with me and gave me a 10x15 on the 2nd floor for the same rental price of 149 a month for the first 2 months. I have the first month free with my 15 foot box truck.
ELIZE S | First ImpressionsThe facility is well-maintained and the team is approachable. However, I've noticed a consistent rise in storage fees during my stay. I'm open to increased costs when justified, yet it was disappointing that the elevator frequently seemed to be out of order when I needed it. This situation proved to be quite annoying and inconvenient, especially since there is only one elevator. This is my primary concern regarding this location.

CLENTON J | First ImpressionsCustomer service was horrible. Not deserving of one star. The wait was long. Prices hire than other locations and the free one month storage fee wasn't honored. The clerk stopped to provide a broom to a customer in storage. The clerk became rude because I needed to contact insurance provider to get my home insurance information. I never had to provide it in the past. I had to wait another 30 minutes because the representative waited on another customer. They had to call our emergency contact person. It was just a horrible experiene.
