The restrooms were a little dirty The staff and GM was excellent Worked with me above and beyond what they were required. Always there to help when you ask. Had great carts to move about with your things and very helpful.

june p | Overall ExperienceThe staff could not get the storage unit access card or PIN to work after an hour because the system apparently had a power outage that disrupted the process. After an hour I had to leave and come back the next day. The staff did what they could do but the U-Haul system appears to not be very robust.
