Brittny P | Overall ExperienceMy alarm went off EVERY TIME I OPENED MY UNIT and no one ever fixed anything. Worst storage experience possible and this is is on the staff particularly the manager. I moved in during April and just now moved out and NO ONE EVER DID ANYTHING TO FIX IT. I always ALWAYS warned and let the staff know about my issues but no one ever did anything. It got to the point me and my family used earmuffs to muffle the sound and protect our ears but this staff and facility are a HUGE JOKE. Especially the manager never did anything about my issues the staff would always ask if I checked in, which of course i did. They even verified as if they didnt believe me, the check in machine always said "welcome, you are checked in" and on various occasions the staff would walk down with me to my unit to verify it indeed went off. And of course it did every single time. I got to the point it didn't matter to me because I had stuff to do, it would just blow everybody's ears out, didnt bother me with my ear protection but its not fair to everybody else to wait until someone or something would shut that alarm off. BIG JOKE never using again and definitely sharing with everyone I know so that no one in my circle patronizes this business or facility its ridiculous!
