I failed to pay attention to the height of the storage unit and had movers waiting to help me, when I realized that the unit I had chosen was too small, they immediately moved me to a bigger unit with no charge. This is very different from public storage where it isn't a smooth process and they try to charge you more. I'm very pleased with my experience at this facility. They were very knowledgable about the system and what needed to be done to help out!
Olivia G | First ImpressionsTHIS WASN'T MY MOVE OUT DATE MONTH OF JULY 2024 WAS MY MOVE OUT DATE THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL ABOUT MY UNIT 3012 NEVER SIGNED ME OUT AFTER I IN PERSON TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING OUT MANAGEMENT GAVE ME A COUPLE OF DAYS TO DO SO WHEN RETURNING TO THE UNIT 3012 IT WAS LOCKED THEN I WAS FORCED TO MAKE PAYMENT ON A FEW THINGS THAT WAS LEFT THERE I TOOK OUT WHAT WAS IMPORTANT AND THAT I COULD CARRY THE STAFF CONTINUED TO CALL ME FOR PAYMENT AFTER I TOLD I NO LONGER NEED THE UNIT 3012 ALSO TELLING THEM IN PERSON I MOVED OUT THEY TOLD ME I HAD A DISC LOCK ON THE UNIT AND STILL HAS SOMETHINGS LEFT BEHIND INSIDE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO SAY
