I always respond with a answers saying I moved out already but they never checked the storage into 110 days later when I had to take off just to show them there was nothing in the storage.
Troy A | Overall ExperienceThe unit floor looked like water had dried along the back portion of the floor. The door was off it's track. No lock had been left. I stood in the hallway and watched roaches dart around. I called customer service. She told me I'd have to speak with someone at the facility during business hours. I left my stuff loaded in the uhaul on site. The uhaul didn't have a lock on it , so I was unable to lock the back. I was so upset that I lost my phone somewhere on site. I am preparing to go back to uhaul to deal with these issues.

Wanda L | First ImpressionsThe only complaint I have was i empty out my unit with in 2 weeks of getting it , and turned in my keys , and left the lock on the garage storage container. But you tried to charge me over $200 and said my items were still in storage because I guess your staff didn’t check on unit. But everything got handled. So thank you for getting the situation corrected .
