I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I reserved a storage unit in advance, but when I arrived, I was informed that the unit assigned to me was not actually available because it had been put up for auction. As a result, I was unable to move my belongings as planned, despite having already rented a U-Haul truck and being on a time-sensitive schedule. What made the situation worse is that instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to leave and return the next day because the office was closing. This placed me in a very stressful position and could have resulted in additional costs if I did not have extra time with the truck. I was only offered a smaller unit, which does not meet my needs, and no immediate solution, compensation, or proper accommodation was provided at the time. Although customer support has since opened a case for review, this situation reflects a serious lack of coordination and management at the facility. This experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and concern during an already difficult moving process. I hope this is resolved fairly, but based on this experience, I would be hesitant to use this location again.

The young gentleman Jayden was especially helpful with my overall understanding the rates and where my units were located at. Not to mention he also mentioned the trucks that U-Haul has for sale which was great to know. Much thanks to him and the other staff for all their help. 😉
kim S | Overall ExperienceAll my belongings were destroyed. It’s a rat infestation and if I was aware, I wouldn’t have left my stuff in there. They chewed thru the furniture covers, ate thru the boxes. I paid $166 a month so my stuff could be safe and save money and lost thousands of dollars and waste my money for the storage fees as well. Now I have to start from scratch after finally getting back on my feet.
ERICKA L | Overall ExperienceMy overall experience was good except for the mice infestation. I had to get rid of A LOT of my belongings. I did reach out to the insurance company to do a claim, but it was too much of a hassle, so I just threw the stuff away. Such as my ottoman, 3 TVs, the the inside wiring got chewed up, clothes that had droppings on them. These that could be replaced, I took a loss and will replace them. I didn’t have the time or mental capacity to do a claim.
