I've used this facility many times in the past since 2020, no issues up until recently. I secured a unit, but it had an opening at the top so, I asked for a new one of likeness. I was given a storage that comes w/separate 2 units & costs more ($57). Didn't know the 2 unit came w/it til after stuff was moved in, but thought great! So naturally, I asked them to adjust the price, was told it would be adjusted. Prior to pymt date, checked online & seen price was not adjusted. I called to settle dispute, was told price can't be adjusted will need to move things to another unit of initial requested size. Challenge there, didnt have the muscle to move things again & I lived an hr out. For the inconvenience, I was told monthly fee would be adjusted allowing time to move things to another unit. Well, when the pymt due date arrived (19th) I received email stating my unit is past due. Now I'm angry & frustrated all while grieving as my mother passed on the 1st of Dec. I speak to Yolanda (GM) expressing feelings in tears as I don't have the capacity to deal w/ these mishaps & lies. Finally, I was told the acct was credited immediately. Asked to receive written notice confirming changes & received an email not addressing my actual name & no signature of who sent the email. I checked acct online, seen price adjusted to zero, but called to speak to Yolanda stating the email sent is unprofessional, looking like a personal email. On the 30th, I had to get my son on his only day off to help move my things, closing out my units. Note, the person who put me in the wrong unit in the 1st place was Yolanda the GM. That's concerning. Also, when I initially got the unit, it took her over an hr to set me up, while people were in the line complaining abt how long it was taking. For a GM, she moves very slow as if she doesn't know what she's doing. However, Aaron, Sean, Joshua & Matthew were of great assistance helping to ease my frustration. Getting the trucks from the gentleman was easy, fast, & efficient. I typically don't do reviews, but w/ these many issues I couldn't not complete one.

The day I rented my storage the gentleman that helped me was very polite, professional, and thorough. The unit was clean and there was even a lock already inside for my use. When I checked out the lady who assisted me was equally as polite and accommodating. I will definitely use U-Haul again if the need ever arises for storage.
