First let me say, I skipped the phone to get my questions answered by going on-site after my ubox arrived in this area from PA. My experience with this u-haul location was fantastic on day one and beyond. I primarily worked with Ike and Morgan on my first day. They were both attentive to my immediate needs and worked diligently to provide customer focused results. Afterwards, I spoke with additional team members before I completed my move out. Everyone was extremely customer service oriented and responsive. Yes, I would recommend this location to meet your storage needs. I want to thank each of the u-haul team members I worked with for making my move in (ubox)/out (storage unit) easier than anticipated.
