I will say that there were times when they really busy and only one person working ,but I never seen any one of them stressed which I’m sure it was stressful because some customers can be anxious. The communication is non existent, I spent weeks trying to get a hold of the office and even sent emails and no one responded or answered. I spent $1000’s on my storage over 8 years and when we went through everything half of it was ruined from mice urine and poo. Years of memories ruined by mice. Was devastating to spend that much money and have my precious memories and valuables ruined.
