The unit we rented still had previous renters contents in it that had to be removed. The latch did not work to secure the unit so we had to chain the lift handle to the bottom floor latch. Still waiting for latch to be repaired for security. The movers recommended by the front office showed up an hour late, short one man and tried to raise their fee, plus were not professional movers the way they handled our contents. We are settled in now but would not recommend U-HAUL to others.
