I reserved a unit - went to do paperwork, and reserved unit not available despite reserving with an AGENT over the phone. Somehting about computer systems not being functional in all aspects. 1 hour spent on what should have taken 5 mins or should never had happend at all.

When I showed up after driving over 14 hours the guy at the counter, who was still serving others customers tried to tell me they were close and couldn't help me. I was in the door to be served before closing time. He gave me a fake unit number, no code for the gate, watched the gate close on us before we could drive in and left anyway. There were also people locked inside the storage facility without a code to get out. He was rude, inconsiderate and should not be in customer service. I understand that people want to be done and go home but in a customer service situation sometimes you just have to stay late. He didn't care and just wanted to be gone.

My move out wasn't processed in time, despite me requesting move out a few days before my payment was due, I was charged another. Months rent and a late fee.
