The guys working the front counter were fantastic and helpful.. however,upon returning the truck the guy who's job it is to go over everything/truck was rude...was saying how people cannot read the signage when having to park the truck and how lucky I was that he was in a good mood?.. Again the front counter staff were exceptional and very nice ..also renting the storage unit was a good experience,she was very kind and helpful.

I will say that there were times when they really busy and only one person working ,but I never seen any one of them stressed which I’m sure it was stressful because some customers can be anxious.
