The paperwork said 10pm, or 9pm. The facility closed at 7pm. The guy there was very helpful with getting the U-Haul boxes in place in a timely manor, so I could transfer everything within the time frame. He also let me use a dolly so I could go faster.

Semilla M | Overall ExperienceUpon rental, the storage unit smelled like mildew. Luckily it aired out and did not smell bad during the month it was in use. The unit had a leak in the roof, which destroyed one box of my belongings. Thankfully I found that out and moved out of the unit before any more damage was done. Overall this was not a good storage experience, which was shocking because I thought the name UHaul meant higher quality moving and storage. Now I know better.

The gentleman who helped me at the front desk seemed confused on how to work the computer system, which delayed me by a half hour, I should have just ordered a new unit online, which is quick and easy. Online I got a free lock, however when I did the unit transfer I had to pay for the lock, which was also disappointing. If I had known the facility would only be open during office hours then I would have looked elsewhere for my storage needs.
