Gave away our rental before we arrived. No other trailers available. Had to get a truck. Went to get in the truck and someone had tried to break into the ignition and stole all the gas. Had to wait to get another truck. Really rough neighborhood. Lots of thefts.

LEONARD K | First ImpressionsI notified your staff in 2023 after I got out of the hospital with pneumonia that I was unable to pay my balance, was in the process of being evicted from my apartment, and to please do whatever you had to do to sell my stuff, keep it, and stop charging me for my unit. I was received rudely and told I would continue to be charged until the balance was brought current and then I could vacate my unit. You used my situation to extract another 2 years of rent, called me continuously, and finally hit me with a $3,200 bill and you were finally going to auction my stuff, which I told you to do from the beginning. You preyed on a bad situation to keep $ going your way. I have made sure to repeat this story to everyone I know, and will continue to advise anyone on all forums, who is ever looking for a storage unit, U-Haul truck, or anything to do with you to, to stay clear of you and your predatory policies and business model! No thank you…
