The manager ignored multiple emails and when I spoke to him on move out day, he completely blew me off, not to mention, the place is so overrun with stuff that people were literally arguing about parking spots just to get into their storage.
TAYLOR A | Overall ExperienceNothing wrong with facility, I’m very upset that initial reservation was not honored. I made it very clear I was driving from 12 hours away and would need a larger unit 10 x 20 at least or 10 x 10 bc of amount of rooms. The manager closing the store said he would try me clean a unit out and to come back by 10 or 11 am to unload my truck. I should be compensated for the inconvenience. Thank you
kendel b | First ImpressionsI hate to taste so low but until I get weird back on the outcome of me moving out it stays. I recently ended my wonderful experience with U-Haul to the dismay of moving out completely on Friday before 5pm and finding out that my charge of $170 dollars taken Thursday(the day before) was non refundable. Although the employee said he would get with the GM and find out(TBD) I am still leery. If I'm refunded 5 *'s if not Dad to say but I will keep my 1* due to customer service on the "C suite" level. Please change my mind....
