The load and unload area is not convenient as it is cramped between the building and a massive truck parking area, and is a thoroughfare between the road and the servicing area. Additionally, $80/month for a 5’x5’x10’ indoor unit is a bit much. If that’s what this kind of security and access require for pricing I fear the half dozen other local storage facilities that exist in federal way are going to go out of business for charging 1/4 the price for the same amenities
